Your need

Your business is growing. Your digital systems need to keep a common logic.

Each new site adds new ways of working, equipment and contacts. Without coordination, it also adds exceptions that are hard to manage.

Identify what should be shared.

Sites can share telephony, applications, an account structure or a support framework. You also need to respect what remains local: opening hours, buildings, business-specific equipment and connection conditions.

Build a site-by-site view.

We set contracts, connections, equipment and contacts side by side. Not every difference needs to be removed. The aim is to separate useful adaptations from differences that make day-to-day operations harder.

Coordinate the real timeline.

A telecom operator line, building works and the arrival of staff all depend on one another. The project must set out the prerequisites and sign-off points for each stage, including when several partners are involved.

Prepare for life after opening.

Support, documentation and change requests should be planned from the project stage. Skill Group brings its areas of expertise together so that the newly opened site joins a familiar way of working, with support arrangements defined according to its location.

Your questions

Do all sites have to be identical?

No. A common framework can leave room for configurations adapted to local needs.

Can you look at a project outside Brittany?

Yes. Site locations and on-site support needs are part of the scoping, in France or for international coordination (to be defined).

Got a digital issue? You don’t have to work out who should handle it.

Describe your situation in your own words. The Skill Group team will get back to you to talk it through.
